What is your product warranty?

We offer a 5-year product warranty and 2-year labor warranty. An extended warranty can be purchased upon request.

How long does it take from purchase to install completion?

Usually less than 2 weeks. However, timing can vary depending on the time of year, your location, and our volume.

Can your system withstand extreme weather conditions?

Yes. Our system was built with extreme weather conditions in mind and works in the extreme rain, snow, and sun.

What does the system look Like during the day?

The system was designed to only be seen when you want it to be. It perfectly blends into your home and is hardly visible when the lights are not on.

What type of lights does your system use?

Our system uses cutting-edge LED RGBWW (R= Red | G= Green | B= Blue | WW= Warm White) bulbs allowing us to have the brightest and most beautiful colors in the industry.

Is your system waterproof?

Yes, our lighting system is waterproof. It Is IP67 rated ensuring your system will have no issues when it comes to water

Each light, at maximum brightness, operates at 46 lumens per light & 60-100 lumens per feet

How many colors are possible with the system?

The Gemstone Lights Track Lighting system is capable of producing 16 million colors!

What is the life expectancy of your lighting system?

Our lighting system uses the most cutting-edge LED technology available, allowing for a life expectancy of 50,000 hours. With average usage being 6 hours a day, the system is rated to last around 23 years!

The time it takes to install the Gemstone Lights Track Lighting System depends on the size of the house or business, however, most installs are done within a day.

Can your system be installed with can lights?

Yes, the system can be installed alongside pre-existing can lights with no extra hassle or cost to you.

Do you color match track of the system to my home?

Yes, we have access to over 150 of the most common soffit and fascia colors to find the exact color match for your home.

Can I install the front and back of my home at different times?

Yes, you can absolutely install front and back or any parts of your home at different times

How is your system controlled?

It is controlled via an app on your phone. You are able to control everything from the pattern, color, timers, and even each individual light from anywhere in the world!

How many users can use the app at one time?

There is no limit to how many users can use the app to access your lights. You are able to share access with anyone you choose!

Can I use google home or amazon alexa to control my lights?

Yes, all our lights are fully controllable from your Google Home or Amazon Alexa.

Can I control multiple systems with the same device?

Yes, the ability to control multiple systems simultaneously is a core feature of the app.
